This is a 4.0249 % undivided interest in the a certain irregular tract of land located on the right descending bank of Bayou
Lafourche, in Sec. 67, Township 19 South, Range 21 East, starting about 10 arpents
from said Bayou, bounded above or north by lands of James Pitre, now or formerly;
below, or south by lands of Jos. Nicol, et al, nor or formerly; in front or east by
of Dr. C.P. Avcock. Dr. J. A. Gravois, Arthur Adams, Mrs. Thomas
Terrebonne and Jos. Nicol, et al., all now or formerly; in the rear, or west by lands
of Louisiana Land and Exploration Company. Said tract of land containing 45 (full legal description attached)
acres, more or less. This parcel includes an approx. 3 acre plot with an active well, Griffin
#1 well operated by LLOX, L.L.C, that is at end of life & includes all monies due and to become due
and payable on this donated interest as a result of production from this unit and well.
